Tradehome Shoes

Can't say I've ever had a better shoe shopping experience than I had here on 4/22/17. I wish I could remember the names of the young male and female working that day because they were fantastic. Both of them were very helpful without being pushy one bit. The girl was actually wearing the shoes I was looking at and she could tell me first hand everything about them and how to take care of them - it was great. The guy helping me brought out any pair I wanted and more so I could find what I liked. By the time I was done we had about 10 boxes of shoes spread across the floor that I had tried on. I felt bad because we made such a mess but he said it was no problem at all. Both of them were very honest, helpful, and authentic. I ended up buying 1 pair (same pair the girl employee was wearing) and I'm happy with them so far. Tradehome is more expensive than other shoe stores on average but the quality seems to be better and the personalized service was phenomenal. I live about 2 hours away but I'll be coming back.

Becca and Kate took excellent care of me today. I returned a pair of Hokas that I had purchased 6/18. I noticed this morning that my sole had started to separate. I went in and asked for options, I was told they could swap for a new pair and Becca sat me and asked what my size was. She brought out a new pair, got them on my feet. Real happy with the process. Excellent customer service. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional. I had to sign the return receipt and was done with no hassle at all. Very happy customer!

The two salesmen were just so awesome!! I have cerebral palsy so finding good shoes can be a challenge, they were so knowledgeable and I found 2 pairs!! Thanks for having an awesome staff

I had an issue with the fit of some boots. The manager was very helpful with an exchange and made sure I was happy with the new boots I got. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Sales associate was awesome. Very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my shoe. I bought a pair of the Hokas and they are awesome. So comfortable. Definitely recommend a stop by and check them out.
